Genuineness certificate

• 1. A Genuineness Certificate may be issued on specific request from the Government/ State/ Autonomous/ Private/ Foreign Organization/ Institution & Embassies and on payment of the requisite fee.
  
  
• 2. Fee payment for the Genuineness verification of the certificate is to be made through QR Code only (Online mode only).
  
  a. For both Soft and Hard copy - Rs: 500/-
  
  
• 3. Genuineness Verification as a Soft Copy:- :
  
  a. A scanned official letter or official mail from the Head of the Company/ Institution/ Authorized authority is required along with a scanned copy of the required certificate (Front & Back) and a valid e-mail ID (for receiving the soft copy of the Genuineness Certificate).
  
  b. Make the payment, by using the QR code, note down the UPI transaction ID, and take the screenshot for uploading it in the Google form.
  
  
• c. Kindly fill out the following Google form a Online Application or Visit https://forms.gle/ij9hGhosHsam5Ez4A along with the required documents.
  


• 4. Genuineness Verification as a Hard Copy:-
  a. A self-addressed (Organization), sufficiently stamped postal/ Airmail envelope is to be sent to the Correspondence address of the College along with the details of the candidate and the Xerox copy of the certificate, for which the Genuineness Certificate is required. Hard copy verification is to be addressed to “The Principal” AKT Memorial College of Engineering and Technology, AKT Nagar, Neelamangalam, Kallakurichi – 606 213.
  
  b. Download the Application Form for the Genuineness verification.
  
  c. Fill and send the same to the correspondence address of the college along with the Xerox copy of the required supporting documents (Mentioned in point 4.a).
  


• 5. The Genuineness verification certificate process will take a maximum of 15 working days.
  
  
• 6. The Genuineness certificate will not be sent to the Candidates/ Individuals directly.
