• The committee plays a crucial role in creating a safe, comfortable, and conducive living environment for students.
• Managing the allocation of hostel rooms to students based on predefined criteria.
• Addressing accommodation-related concerns and resolving roommate issues.
• Formulating and communicating hostel rules and regulations to ensure a harmonious living environment.
• Enforcing rules related to discipline, safety, and general conduct within the hostel.
• Implementing and monitoring security measures to ensure the safety of residents.
• Enforcing cleanliness standards within the hostel premises and Organizing regular cleaning schedules and waste management practices.
• Conducting periodic inspections of hostel rooms to ensure compliance with rules and hygiene standards.
• Addressing and resolving grievances raised by hostel students.
• Promoting health and well-being by organizing wellness programs, health check-ups, and awareness campaigns.
• Facilitating access to medical facilities and emergency services and establishing guidelines for visitor entry and managing the registration of guests.
• Ensuring that visitors adhere to hostel rules during their stay.
• Developing and implementing crisis management procedures in case of emergencies such as natural disasters, fire, or medical emergencies.
• Maintaining open communication channels with hostel residents through regular meetings, notices, and announcements.
